Business Improvement Specialist
(fulltime)

The position

As a Business Improvement Specialist, you will be the driving force behind identifying and realizing improvements within our commercial processes. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and convince stakeholders of your ideas. You ensure that changes are successfully implemented and have a lasting impact on the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategy Development: Contributing to strategic plans for customer satisfaction and developing new value propositions.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and optimizing methods and procedures for sustainable enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engaging and training colleagues in new workflows and technologies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data to evaluate current processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level, with relevant education and/or experience.
  • Experience in project management and improvement techniques such as LEAN.
  • Excellent command of the English language (German is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
